xfawnx replied to your post: try not to panic, two years ago I started to get heart palpitations. I would be sitting at my desk and all of a sudden my heart would beat as if I had just been startled or nervous. I went to the doctors but obviously I couldn’t make it happen on que never mind how many times I visited. The doctors took my word on it and re-assured me that it is very common even though it’s a terrifying feeling. They told be to cut down on the ‘zero’ drinks (you know coke zero etc) and I started feeling better
haha yeah, I literally lived off fizzy drinks specifically diet and zero ones >.< feeling any part of you that you are otherwise not meant to notice is a scary experience. And I did think I was going to die, always. But it literally just went away x
I suppose the fact that it’s gotten worse in the last few months (when really I’ve had the problem since around June) could be down to the fact that I have been drinking a lot more fizzy drinks because my boyfriend buys them all the time. I’ll have to cut down. What isn’t helping is that I’m finding it really hard to quit smoking! I’ve gotten to now without one today but I’m probably going to crack pretty soon xD
